Ecoglassworks warehouse
In an era of mass production and automation, we proudly continue the tradition of of artisanal glass production. Each of our products is handmade by local glassmakers who not only have exceptional skills, but also passionately passionate about their work. Many of them have been working with us for many years, and some even pass on their skills and knowledge from generation to generation. It is It is thanks to them that we are able to continue our mission of creating glass of unique character.
Each stage of production is based on the work of the human hand. The first of these is preparation of raw material - segregation and purification of cullet. Then, when the cullet has been melted into a liquid glass mass, it is scooped by hand with a tibia* and blown into a smelting mold to get the desired shape. At this point, the still hot, newly formed glass product is transferred to the sinking station, which uses a torch to form the edges of the product.
