Who or what is ecoglassworks?

We are ecoglassworks, the official brand of Ladna Glass Factory based in Poland, Europe. Every produced by us piece is 100% recycled and handcrafted - made by our skilled blowers, which is making every piece unique. We work with big corporations and small companies or trade sellers so we customise our products to fulfill our customers' need.

How can I become a customer?

Please create a wholesale customer account.

Can I buy as a private individual?

Only companies can buy on ecoglassworks.co.uk. To be able to accept an order, a company should have:

- an active EORI number
- an active VAT number

How do I place an order?

What is the minimum order value/quantity?

At our company, environmental protection, sustainability, and reducing our carbon footprint are of utmost importance. To support these values, we have implemented a minimum order policy in our online store - the minimum order quantity is set to one pallet (which usually equates to orders of around £500).

This decision helps us optimize our logistics processes, leading to fewer shipments and reduced fuel consumption. By consolidating orders into larger shipments, we can significantly lower the number of deliveries, thus decreasing the overall environmental impact associated with transportation.

We believe that this approach not only supports our commitment to a more sustainable future but also ensures that our customers receive their products in an efficient and eco- friendly manner. What payment methods can I choose from?

Only companies can buy on ecoglassworks.co.uk. To be able to accept an order, a company should have:

What discounts can I get at ecoglassworks.co.uk?

The more you buy, the bigger the discount you get:

- order amount over 1000 GBP: -15% discount
- order amount over 10 000 GBP: -20% discount

How will my glass be packaged?

Our standard packaging is a bulk pack of 4/6/8/10/12 pieces per pack, depending on the vase sizes selected. The cartons are made of 3-ply cardboard, joined with strong staples. The cartons with glass are placed on the pallet in a suitable manner and wrapped in stretch film, minimising the risk of breakage during transport.

When will you send my order?

Orders are dispatched upon receiving 100% prepayment. As soon as the payment is credited to our account, our warehouse immediately begins the process of assembling the ordered goods. Please note that during periods of high demand, this process may take between 3 to 7 business days.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to your address by Kuehne-Nagel.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time from dispatch of the order is 10-15 days.

What is the cost of transport?

The cost of transport will be charged to you automatically in the cart, depending on the volume of your order.
For orders up to 7 pallets, the system calculates the cost automatically, above this quantity - please contact Customer Service.

Can I pick my order by myself?

Yes, you can pick up order by yourself or send transport company chosen by you. Please inform us about it when placing an order.

What if I have received the goods and part of them is broken?

Notify us of breakages and damage to goods as soon as you receive the load. Please send us a list of damaged products and their quantities as well as photos documenting the damage (remember to include a photo of the entire pallet with the goods) - this is necessary for filing a claim with the carrier.
Irrespective of the carrier's decision regarding compensation, we will reimburse you the equivalent of the loss incurred to your bank account or Customer Balance in our online shop.

Is customs clearance necessary?

Due to Brexit, customs clearances—both export and import—are now required. Our carrier's Customs Agency, Kuehne Nagel, handles these clearances. Rest assured, you will receive our support at every stage of the process. We will complete most of the necessary documents for you, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure. Your satisfaction and ease of transaction are our priorities as we navigate these new requirements together.

Can I order a product that is not available on stock?

As a manufacturer, we are able to produce all the products shown on the website, therefore our products are never out of stock, if you want to order a product that is not available on site, please contact us and we will get back to you with the MOQ and details necessary to produce the glass especially for you.

What is NOOS?

NOOS are products that are never out of stock, we maintain continuous availability. This means that if you decide to add these products to your range, you don't have to worry about long delivery times. These products are available on call and the delivery time to you depends solely on the transit time itself (plus the time needed to prepare the pallets).

The NOOS products do not include the ones I order regularly, what are the options?

As part of a personalised NOOS, we can produce the products you order regularly and keep a permanent stock of them reserved especially for you, ready to be dispatched on call. Please contact Customer Services for more details.

How can I get a discount of up to 30%?
