Logistics Operator
Our trusted logistics operator for transport within the UK is Kuehne-Nagel, which offers comprehensive logistics services - through this company, we handle both transport and customs clearance. We are also open to working with carriers chosen by our clients. In such cases, please inform us when placing your order that you wish to use your own transport. We also request information on the technical requirements for loading and the arrangement of customs clearance.

Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is £500, which typically corresponds to the cost of goods on a single euro (120x80cm) pallet.

Secure Packaging
We fully understand how delicate glass products are. To eliminate the risk of damage and customer dissatisfaction, we have implemented advanced secure packaging methods. Each piece of glassware is carefully packed in a secure, three-layer cardboard box. Depending on the size of the item, we use either single or collective packaging.
If you prefer single packaging or additional padding, we are happy to accommodate these requests. Please contact our Customer Service for a quote.

Types of Packaging
The most common type of packaging is for 4 or 6 pieces. We arrange the goods on a pallet in such a way that the entire structure is stable, and we build pallets to a safe height of 2.20 cm. We wrap the pallets with stretch wrap to keep the goods in place and avoid shifting and damage during transport.

Handling Damage
Despite careful packaging, sometimes breakages occur. In the event of any damage, please provide photographic documentation and information about the losses. This will allow us to quickly resolve the issue and compensate for the damage.
