Sustainable production
Our mission is to maintain the circle of life of glass - magnificent in its infinite cycle of processing this raw material. We know how important it is to take care of the environment, which is why, thanks to our specific raw material, we want to limit the introduction of new waste into circulation, while reducing the amount of already existing ones.
Our idea is to create items that are not only useful and beautiful, but also as environmentally friendly as possible. Therefore, we use processes and technologies, thanks to which we manufacture our products in the spirit of of sustainable production that is backed by facts.
Our raw material is cullet (bottles, jars), obtained from municipal waste municipal waste. In the production process, we do not introduce new materials and raw materials, fully utilizing and processing existing ones. It is the use of this raw material that makes our products have a delicate greenish color and a small amount of air bubbles, which makes each piece of glass a unique.
Due to its lower melting point, manufacturing recycled glass uses up to 30% less energy than producing new glass. Heating and hot water used in the office and social areas are produced from waste heat from production. In addition, 30% of the energy used by our factory is obtained from solar panels. Our goal? 100% energy from the sun by end of 2025.
Choosing recycled glass will reduce air pollution by 20%. At every 10% of recycled glass, particle emissions into the atmosphere is reduced by 8%: 10% for sulfur oxides and 4% for oxides of nitrogen. Water pollution is also reduced by 50%.
We offer our customers a wide range of options for the ecological packaging of glass products - from boxes of our own production, to cardboard and paper recycled fillers, to high-quality personalized packaging with fully printed, using naturally derived inks.
All of these processes contribute to our drive to become a company maximally associated with sustainable production. Thanks to modern technologies and continuous improvement of our production processes, we are achieving ever higher results in terms of energy efficiency, reducing our carbon footprint and reducing our consumption of natural resources.
